Founded by the Bellotto family in 1990, our estate is based on a single plot. A small vineyard of just 1.3 hectares, on which we have planted the noble Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties.

It is from this single plot that Raphaël Bellotto, accompanied by his wife Sophie, produces a short range of Crémants de Bourgogne that are the expression of this micro-terroir of the Châtillonnais, at the northern tip of Burgundy, as much as of his meticulous know-how in the vineyard as in the cellar.
